Ingredients
- 8 slices brie 1 1/2" square, 1/2" thick
- 16 3" x 3" squares of puffed pastry
- truffle honey, or plain honey
- egg wash
- fresh fruit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut brie into squares and place on one piece of puffed pastry. Brush outer edges of pastry with egg wash. Place a second piece of pastry on top of brie and press tightly to seal. Use a fork to seal the edges. Brush the top with additional egg wash and place on parchment or foil lined pan.

Bake in oven for 10-14 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey and serve with fresh fruit.
