BRUSCHETTA STATION

Freshly baked French baguettes sliced and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and lightly toasted. Guests can choose Classic Bruschetta, Olive Tapenade, Orange Balsamic Bruschetta and a Basil Pesto Goat cheese spread.

GOURMET MAC AND CHEESE

Guests are greeted by a uniformed pasta chef that will toss a bowl of penne pasta, along with toppings like bacon, spinach, mushrooms, roasted garlic, tomatoes, olives, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, bleu cheese, parmesan and cheddar cheese. All mixed together in a made from scratch sauce of Aged White Cheddar Mother Sauce or plain pasta mixed with basil pesto cream sauce or Pomodoro. Served with house made Focaccia Bread.
