Steak is always satisfying, but pair it with bourbon and then… now you’re talking. Come experience an evening in the kitchen with Chef Lee. This is not a sit down and watch her cook kind of class. This is a roll up your sleeves and get in the kitchen and do it alongside of her, kind of class. In three and a half hours you will create the menu below and then relax with a cocktail to savor the efforts of the night. You get to work in a beautiful, state of the art commercial kitchen and add a few recipes to your at home book. Let Sugar Beach Events and Chef Lee help you take beef from fulfilling to extraordinary.

SBE will provide all the kitchen equipment you need. Please contact chef Lee directly with any questions: When the work is done, enjoy your dishes and relax with a cocktail to savor the efforts of the night. Carl will be creating a specialty bourbon cocktail to showcase after cooking is done.

  • Bourbon- Ginger Salmon
  • Bourbon Braised Short Ribs
  • Bourbon Strip Steak
  • Grilled Pork Chop with Bourbon Mustard Glaze
  • Mini Bourbon and Pecan Tarts
  • Bread Pudding with Bourbon Coffee Caramel Sauce

Sugar Beach Events will provide all the kitchen equipment and supplies.

For the BOURBON portion of our BEST OF BEEF & BOURBON Cooking Class With Chef Lee, Carl Anderson will be serving…
1) The Clermont Smash: Bourbon, Falernum, Homemade sour mix (which he will teach you how to make), Mint, and Peach Bitters over crushed ice.
2) The Dalton: Bourbon, Apple Brandy, Grand Marnier, Falernum, and Homemade Sour Mix

Must be 21 or older to attend.

Please note: you will be working in a commercial kitchen with knives, safety is our primary concern. Please also wear close-toed shoes.

This is the THIRD year of the Cooking With Chef Lee cooking series. This popular cooking series will offer a variety of special cooking classes, video tutorials, recipes, and opportunities to learn professional tips to implement into your day-to-day experiences in the kitchen.
