In this class, we will be making:
- Infused Olive Oils and focaccia
- Salted Beet Chips
- Caprese Salad
- Olive Oil Poached Shrimp, black garlic, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes on pasta
- Quinoa with feta, craisins, kale, lemon
- Classic Roasted Chicken with garlic
- Grilled Steak with garlic, olive oil and rosemary
- Dark Chocolate Mousse
- Lemon Olive Oil Cake
