For wedding parties over 50 guests we recommend creating your day with a Custom Wedding Design. To get started we take the site fee, coordination fee, and staffing fee and then start adding in the custom details for what is important to you on your the big day. The custom design gives more freedom in menus and over all design for the day.
- $6,000 ~ 12:00pm to 10:00pm (Up to 100 people)
- $6,250 – Please inquire for pricing ~ 12:00pm to 10:00pm (101 up to 200 people)
- $6,500 ~ 12:00pm to 10:00pm (201 up to 300 people)
Included in venue rental fees: Use of up to 200 resin coated mahogany chiavari chairs, 20- 60 inch round tables, 10-36 inch round tables (can be made into highboys or cabarets), 8-6 foot banquet tables, 48 inch glass top wicker table (great for dessert or sign in), decorative antique Asian side table, ceremony arch, a European bicycle cart (can be used for display), all Premium China, glassware and flatware and air conditioning in the building **doors must be closed**.
*not included: Linen, additional lighting or dance floor
With the custom route items can be customized, meaning you may remove any items except the venue rental fee, coordination, and the staffing fee. And the and the menus can be adjusted to fit within your budget.
