Maui Culinary Theater - Chef Lee Anderson

A New Dining Experience

Sugar Beach Events invites you to join us on an exciting, culinary adventure ~ the Maui Culinary Theater.

In this unique and innovative dining experience, Chef Lee Anderson will be on stage preparing a lavish, beautifully choreographed, multi-course meal; in many ways, a live cooking show. Watch with anticipation as dishes are prepared and techniques are revealed right before your eyes.

Beverage Pairings

Joining Chef Lee will be husband, Carl Anderson who is also Sugar Beach Events’ resident beverage specialist. Carl will share insights and subtle nuances of each of the specially selected beverages chosen to pair with each course. Keeping the evening fun and rolling will be DJ Dan Viola, who will act as emcee and comic relief.

Great View From Every Seat

The dining room will be equipped with several large screen televisions so you get a clear view of the show, no matter where you are sitting. Microphones will also be used to make sure everyone can clearly hear all the goings on.
