“Say Cheese” is our newest cooking class in the Sugar Beach Events “Cooking on Maui with Chef Lee” Tutorial Series!
What better way to get through winter than with a good bottle of red and a great selection of cheeses? Join Chef Lee as you cook your way to ooey gooey cheesy goodness with a combination of imported and domestic cheeses. Then let us show you how to pair these cheeses with some fantastic red wines.
Come experience an evening in the kitchen with Chef Lee of Sugar Beach Events Hawaii. Roll up your sleeves and expand your mind and recipe book alongside the chef, working in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and learning some tricks of the trade from one of Maui’s best teaching chefs.
In this class you will learn how to prepare Truffled Four Cheese Mac and Cheese, Roasted Beet Salad with House Smoked Chevre, Flatbread Margherita Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella, Apple and Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Butternut Squash and Potato Gratin, Pumpkin Cheesecake and wash it all down with an assortment of red wines. Sugar Beach Events will provide all the kitchen equipment and supplies.
This is the fifth cooking class in the “Cooking on Maui with Chef Lee” series. This ongoing series offers a variety of special cooking classes, video tutorials & tips, recipes, and opportunities to learn professional tips to implement into your day-to-day experiences in the kitchen.

Reservations Required, $95 a Person
Must be 21 or older to attend.
Please note: you will be working in a commercial kitchen with knives, safety is our primary concern. Please also wear close-toed shoes.
