Our location captures the essence of the romance found on Maui. For every special event in your wedding, we are here to make your dreams come true. From receptions to rehearsal dinners to recovery brunches, our location is the perfect fit.

The Grand Hall is spacious and sophisticated, and the ideal location for hosting events and receptions. The Lawn is one of Maui’s only private oceanfront event venue spaces and opens up to a gorgeous white sand beach and a stunning vista on which to catch sunsets. We can comfortably accommodate 160 guests inside for a sit down dinner or 220 outside and 300 total for a reception style event.

Our staff is well trained in customer service and radiates the aloha spirit you want your guests to experience. Our servers and bartenders will wow your guests with their professional, courteous, and graceful service.

Sugar Beach Events specializes in upscale wedding, but is committed to making every event just as special as the last. Our expertise with design and decor enables us to add creative elements to each affair resulting in a unique celebration for each of our clients.

Venue Rental Fees

Included in venue rental fees: Contemporary handmade wooden wedding arch, 200 resin coated mahogany chiavari chairs, 20- 60 inch round tables, 10-36 inch round tables (can be made into highboys or cabarets), 8-6 foot banquet tables, 48 inch glass top wicker table (great for dessert or sign in), decorative antique Asian side table, and a European bicycle cart (can be used for display) and a 6 foot television screen.

Additional Food and Beverage

Additional Coordination Fees

We do require a professional event coordinator to be on-site day the day of the event. Fees for our in-house professional event planners are listed below.

All outside contracted services will be billed on top of coordination fee.
An approved list of outside wedding planners is available upon request.
Full-Service coordination fee: Starts at $3500 plus 4.166% tax
