Let us take care of the details! The Sugar Beach Events Signature Wedding Package is designed to make the planning process easy. We work with the best vendors on the island to provide you the finest in service and amenities. If you’re a busy bride trying to plan your wedding, we have made it easy for you! We have worked with our brides to streamline the process and created a package based on what our brides tell us they need. We also offer an “a la carte” section for all of the additional things you may want to complement your package. As every wedding is unique, we will then personalize this package to your theme or color choices.

Signature Wedding Package Includes:

  • Exclusive use of Sugar Beach Events property from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • All House Round Tables and Mahogany Chivari Chairs, Wedding Arch, Water Station, Video Monitor, In-house Sound System, Cake Table, Sign-in Table, Cocktail Tables
  • Full Wedding Coordination
  • Custom Layout Design
  • Officiant for Ceremony
  • Ceremony Musician: Guitar or Ukulele (Harp or Violin are upgrade options)
  • Three Hours of Photography (inclusions based on individual photographer)
  • Flowers with a Credit of $750.00
  • DJ for Four hours
  • Dance Floor
  • Choice of Plated or Buffet Dinner (see Signature Package Menu options)
  • Two-Tier Round Buttercream Wedding Cake

Signature Wedding Package Dinner Menu

Choice of Plated or Buffet Dinner — No Substitutions or Alterations

  • Kamuela Tomato Bruschetta
  • Sweet and Sour Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Tartlet
  • Mini Greek Salad Skewer – feta, olive, cherry tomato, cucumber
  • Tarragon seasoned fries – truffle aioli
  • Beef Satay – marinated filet with toasted sesame seeds
  • Chicken Satay – spicy tamarind peanut sauce
  • Miso Marinated Walu – sweet soy, sticky rice
  • Kalua pork pot sticker – sweet Thai chili sauce
  • Vegan and Gluten Free selections available upon request
