What a difference a day makes

Well, I’m not sure exactly what happened, but I received many phone calls today about Sugar Beach. I put several holds on dates and set up quite a few site visits. I love doing the site visits because it gives me a chance to show clients the visions in my head. 🙂
I also love doing tastings because it’s my chance as the chef to spend time with the bride and groom or their parents. I love creating custom menus based on my set recipes. I did a tasting a couple of weeks ago and had a great time with a bride adding some elements to one of my pasta dishes that made it incredibly personal for her and her fiancé. Now, we have a special dish just for them.
OK, next blog will be about our new wedding cake department. Natalie has come up with THE MOST AMAZING CHOCOLATE CAKE!
