“Whiskey Steakhouse” is our newest cooking class in the Sugar Beach Events “Cooking on Maui with Chef Lee” Tutorial Series!

Bold whiskey and hearty steak make the perfect couple, but we can do so much more with this versatile brown nectar. Let’s put whiskey to work in this menu meant to satisfy all the taste buds. Join Chef Lee and the crew at Sugar Beach Events for this savory, mouth-watering experience where you can add a few more amazing recipes to your at-home rolodex.

Come experience an evening in the kitchen with Chef Lee of Sugar Beach Events Hawaii. Roll up your sleeves and expand your mind and recipe book alongside the chef, working in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and learning some tricks of the trade from one of Maui’s best teaching chefs.

In this class you will learn how to prepare Ricotta Crostini with Bourbon Bacon Jam, Cheddar Whiskey Fondue, Pulled Pork Sandwich with Whiskey BBQ Sauce, NY Strip with Compound Whiskey Butter, Filet Mignon with Mushroom Whiskey Sauce, Whiskey Chive Chicken, Whiskey Glazed Carrots, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Bourbon Pecan Tarts and Bourbon Vanilla Marshmallows. From the Bar: Whiskey Smash, Old Fashioned and Whiskey Tasting. Sugar Beach Events will provide all the kitchen equipment and supplies.

This is the sixth cooking class in the “Cooking on Maui with Chef Lee” series. This ongoing series offers a variety of special cooking classes, video tutorials & tips, recipes, and opportunities to learn professional tips to implement into your day-to-day experiences in the kitchen.

You have two opportunities to take this class. Join Chef Lee and the crew at Sugar Beach Events for this savory, mouth-watering experience Friday, March 25th from 5:30 pm until 9pm.

Reservations Required, $95 a Person
Must be 21 or older to attend.
Please note: you will be working in a commercial kitchen with knives, safety is our primary concern. Please also wear close-toed shoes.
