The Role:

The Event Captain (The Director)

  • The Vibe: Part General, part Concierge. You are the bridge between the kitchen and the client.

  • The Mission: Leading the service team, troubleshooting the "un-troubleshootable," and ensuring the guest of honor feels like royalty.

  • Superpowers: Exceptional timing, a "can-do" spirit, and the ability to stay cool when the wedding cake arrives three hours early (or late).
