  • Set Up Crew

    Our set up crew is the backbone of executing our events. Crew members are expected to arrive before events begin to set up chairs, tables, and anything else needed to pull off a beautiful event.

  • Server Team

    Our servers act as ambassadors of Sugar Beach Events, and are client-facing members of our team. We offer paid-training and opportunity for advancing within the company based on performance.

  • Bar Staff

    Our bar staff and bar backs are trained in the aloha spirit and serve event guests, graciously taking orders and providing top-tier mixology experiences at on and off-site events.

  • Kitchen Staff

    Kitchen staff work alongside our Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Members of our kitchen staff serve on both prep teams and day-of-event execution.
